DESIGN

DYNAMIC & EFFORTLESS DESIGN

The SEALION 7’s distinctive “OCEAN X” front design showcases a bold X-shaped structure that conveys strength and confidence at first glance. A low-set bonnet, flowing fastback silhouette, and dual waistlines work together to reflect the smooth rhythm of ocean waves, seamlessly combining elegance with a sense of dynamic performance.

At the rear, futuristic tail lamps feature sleek linear light elements enhanced with water-drop inspired detailing, evoking the movement and fluidity of water. These carefully crafted design features elevate the SUV’s modern character, ensuring it leaves a strong and lasting impression on every journey.

iTAC (INTELLIGENCE TORQUE ADAPTION CONTROL) SYSTEM

The BYD SEALION 7 enhances driving dynamics through advanced iTAC (Intelligent Torque Adaption Control) technology, moving beyond conventional power-limiting systems. Instead of simply cutting power when needed, iTAC actively optimises drive torque using intelligent torque distribution, targeted torque reduction, and negative torque output to help reduce or prevent wheel slip.

By continuously refining traction and stability, this sophisticated system improves both safety and handling, delivering a smoother, more composed, and confidence-inspiring driving experience in a wide range of road conditions.

CTB (CELL-TO-BODY) TECHNOLOGY

BYD’s innovative CTB (Cell-to-Body) technology seamlessly integrates the Blade Battery into the vehicle’s structure, greatly enhancing overall strength and rigidity. HIGH-EFFICIENCY HEAT PUMP SYSTEM

The BYD SEALION 7 is equipped as standard with an advanced heat pump system designed to deliver efficient performance in a wide range of temperatures. By recovering and reusing residual heat from the powertrain, cabin, and battery system, it improves thermal efficiency while minimising wasted energy.

Whether providing heating or cooling, the system intelligently manages energy consumption, helping to preserve battery range and maintain optimal efficiency even in colder weather conditions.
